If you’re in Dublin and looking for somewhere for a cocktail and relax in beautiful surroundings, then look no further than Bar No. 23 at the Merrion Hotel. Along with premium drinks and signature cocktails, you can sit back and enjoy works of art from the Merrion’s private collection which I absolutely loved.
For drinks, I settled on a cocktail with tequila, cucumber and refreshing mint called Maid in Mexico and Iain had a pint of Guinness. We’re not home that often so it’s always good to get in a pint of the black stuff when you can, and it’s true that it does taste different at home! The service was excellent and we had the perfect recharge before heading back into the bustle of town.
