Sunrise was at 7:43 am this morning. What a welcome relief to climb out of bed and see a little bit of brightness.
I love this time of year. It makes me look forward to brighter, warmer days and that winter, even though beautiful in its own way, is almost over. Spotting brand new shoots and full buds on trees is such a special time. Sun-soaked summer days, packed parks and beer gardens are some of my favourite things. London comes alive in the heat.
Until summer arrives, these gorgeous flowers that I spotted on my run today are a reminder that seasons really are changing!
