If you need a break from the increased levels of cooking at home these last few weeks, Stripped Pizza on Seefeldstrasse is a total winner. The even better thing is that it’s pizza minus the carb guilt!
Carb heaven
The business was launched in 2014 by three friends and foodies. Inspired by global flavours, they put a focus on natural ingredients as well as exciting combinations. The chain also support young musicians, thinkers and run events and exhibitions which I really like.
All of our ingredients, as well as the drinks, are free from artificial flavors, contain no sugar substitutes, no coloring agents and certainly no flavor enhancers.”
Thinking outside the box
There’s no doubt about it, Stripped Pizzas are incredibly fresh. Bases are light and range from multigrain dough to crispy whole grain linseed dough that is rich in nutritional fibers. I can also highly recommend the lager – also free of all the bad stuff! Here’s what we ordered:
#Foodporn: Whole grain flaxseed dough, beef cashew sauce, mushrooms, zucchini, red onions, pomegranate, arugula, kernel mix
Damn Ham: Multigrain dough, tomato sauce, fior di latte, parma ham, Tyrolean bacon, mushrooms, fresh thyme
