Celebrating my birthday last weekend in Dublin was so special. When you live away, you soak up the time with family and friends and I definitely made sure to take everything in.
For anyone who lives overseas, you’ll know the special joy of Superquinn (now Supervalue) sausages! No other sausage comes close, and believe me, I’ve tried many.
My Dad’s breakfast, my Mom’s amazing dinners, walking Monty, playing board games with my nephew and hugs with my brother and his husband – beautiful gifts from Iain and Matt and Lou, my friend’s little boy turning three, these are highlights of the weekend.
Felt very lucky to have so much joy and happiness around me and thankful for it in my life.
